Sleepy Hollow Pools - Services
New Pool Construction
After contacting Sleepy Hollow pools, we will set up a site visit to get to know you, your space, and what you hope to achieve with your outdoor project.
A few things to consider before meeting with us is how the area will serve your lifestyle best.
Are you hoping to provide entertainment for family and friends which includes more pool or spa seating and a stunning patio with a firepit?
Perhaps you’re creating a space with gentle fountains, wood composite decking, and a luxurious garden for cultivating inner peace.
Maybe you plan on hosting your grandchildren all Summer, and your oasis includes a slide and a volleyball net!
No matter what your goal is for your personal space, Sleepy Hollow Pools would be honored to assist you in creating your backyard daydream!
Thoughtful Surroundings
Another aspect to consider is the surrounding area of the swimming pool. It is important to think beyond the water and every detail counts in creating a cohesive, functional outdoor retreat.
During the design process, consider the following:
- Steps from an existing patio
- Additional patio
- Retaining walls
- Hardscape lighting
- Decorative boulders, rock gardens
- Patio pavers
- Coping
- Pathway lighting
- Water features
- Privacy fencing
- Hot Tubs/Spas
- Landscaping
At Sleepy Hollow Pools, we also emphasize the importance of using native plants in your landscape design. These plants are naturally suited to the local climate. We also encourage low-maintenance greenery around your pool. It not only enhances the beauty of the space—it also ensures your backyard stays serene and stress-free.
Sleepy Hollow Pools will guide you through every step of the design process, helping you bring it to life with care and creativity.
After the design process and layout has been completed, you will receive a scope of work and budget proposal. This proposal provides an itemized list of everything discussed during the consultation. Carefully review the proposal! If nothing is missing and the project fits within your budget, a signature and a small deposit will allow us to get started on your pool and patio project!
From this point, Sleepy Hollow Pools handles the rest, which includes:
- Permits
- Orders
- Excavating
- Installation
- Backfilling
- Equipment Setup
- Patio
- Finish Grading
