After the design process and layout has been completed, you will receive a scope of work and budget proposal. This proposal provides an itemized list of everything discussed during the consultation. Carefully review the proposal! If nothing is missing and the project fits within your budget, a signature and a small deposit will allow us to get started on your pool and patio project!

Sleepy Hollow Pools Workmanship Warranty
At Sleepy Hollow Pools, our workmanship warranty is our promise to stand behind the quality of our work.
While it doesn’t cover the pool shell or equipment, it does protect you against major issues like plumbing leaks, structural settlement, or shifting of the pool or patio.
Our installers bring great experience in drainage systems to every project, ensuring your yard stays dry and stable. We take every step to prevent costly mistakes—so you’re never left dealing with a mess or, worse, a disaster.
Pool Opening
Pool Opening service includes:
• Cleaning, removing, & folding cover
• Screwing down deck grommets
• Installing deck equipment (handrails, ladders etc.)
• Blowing debris away from the pool/patio area
• Skimming pool surface
• Collecting plugs and installing return fittings
• Replacing skimmer basket
Check water level
• Inspecting filtration system (O-rings, filter etc.)
• Turn pump filtration system ON, prime plumbing
• Vacuuming/Brushing can ONLY occur IF the bottom of the pool is visible
• Start-up chemicals (shock, algaecide)
Pool Closing
Pool Closing service includes:
• Pool Cleaning
• Check water level
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Provide winter chemicals
• Inspect/winterize equipment and plumbing
• Remove accessories
• Install Pool Cover
Pool Cleaning
Pool Cleaning service includes:
• Emptying skimmer baskets
• Skimming pool surface
• Routine vacuuming/brushing walls, steps, bottom
Check water level
• Testing & Balancing water chemistry
• Adding chemicals as needed (included)
• Backwashing filter
• Equipment check to ensure proper operation
• Filter Cleaning (Monthly)
For pool openings and closings, it is best to get on our schedule well in advance for these services. To avoid a serious algae invasion, open your pool in early Spring, and to avoid damage to your pool and equipment, winterize your pool during the appropriate season. if you decide to become a regular client of Sleepy Hollow Pool’s Opening and Closing services, we can setup a reminder text or email that your service time is approaching.
Pool Cleaning services are offered weekly and biweekly. Details and pricing for this service depend largely on your pool setup and location, so please fill out our Quote Form. After receiving a quote, if you wish for Sleepy Hollow Pools to clean your pool, we will then confirm a schedule with a signed contract.
